Registration fees do not include:
*Air tickets
*Visa charges

Participants must arrange their travel and visa at their own cost and convenience.

All confirmed tickets and pre-approved visas must be submitted to the BITF organizing team before the specified deadline.

📌 Passport Validity
Each participant’s passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of international travel.

Supporting documents for the visa process may be provided by the BITF organizing team.

Visa approval is subject to the respective country’s immigration policies and is solely the participant’s responsibility
Event Schedule & Logistics.

BITF reserves the right to:
Extend the competition to an additional day if required
Change the venue within the destination, if necessary.

Pickup & drop schedules will be shared with selected participants.

A detailed arrival date & reporting time will be communicated via email/WhatsApp.

🧳 The international event experience will include a 3 Nights / 4 Days itinerary, covering:
Competition rounds
Award ceremonies
Guided local tour (as applicable).

In the event of missing the scheduled flight or failing to report at the designated airport assembly point at the specified time, the participant will be marked as a “No Show.” In such cases, the company shall not be liable for any refund under any circumstances.
